What insurances do you take?

Lisa is an in-network provider for most major health insurance companies, including but not limited to:  Blue Cross/Blue Shield - Blue Card Plans, Cigna, First Choice, Group Health, Kaiser, Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise of WA, Lifewise of OR, United Behavioral Health. Please check with your insurance company to verify that Lisa is a preferred provider for your specific plan. A good faith estimate of expected charges is available upon request.

Fees for both individual and couples counseling will be as follows:

90791- Diagnostic Intake Appointment- $200

90837- 50 min- $175

What happens if I can’t make an appointment?

If you cannot make an appointment please let your therapist know as soon as possible. Unless there is an emergency or illness, there will be a cancellation fee of $100 if your appointment is not cancelled outside of your 24-hour appointment window.
